Need advice regarding my situation

Hi everyone, is it a good idea to quit TCS after one year? I am working with very old technology that doesn't have much scope in the market right now. Most of the time, I don't have any work, but suddenly they give me tasks to do. Additionally, the work-from-home option is not available. I have two months left to complete one year at TCS. I am already depressed and sad about wasting time at TCS.

Hi. Even I am thinking of leaving TCS but right now I don't have any skills that market wants. If you want to quit TCS quit after Feb or Mar. Because at that you will get your band and and hike and everyone is ready to switch companies at that time. Even I thought of doing that and now I am learning DevOps course and I also working on old java 1.7v technology which is outdated. If you want to take risk do it now, or else you will not able to take risk in future. Anything can happen people suggest not to quit and try to switch. If you have skills switch right away. If you don't have learn and start applying jobs. If you can't switch Because of notice period then serve Notice Period and take a risk and search for new jobs that you want. It now or never(If you don't take risk)... Life can take take you anywhere but stay calm whether it is low or high.

I have exactly 5 months(including notice period) I am learning springboot and flutter. I am not sure where all this takes me, but I don't want to get comfortable with TCS. I have seen guys earning 5lpa with 6 years of experience in TCS.

Leave ASAP. Otherwise you will regret later. Search outside and switch.
I also joined TCS and left within 1.5 year after seeing the environment here which Is not as per the IT standards.
