Need advice reg
Hi ,
I have 5 years experience in tcs. I am on bench since august. I need to change different domain . But I don't have experience in that. I have got call from one team that they will give training but can't give swon for it. I accepted and got training from november. J am waiting for the project call related to this domain. But they are saying they haven't got the projects. They are in pipeline and asked me to wait . It's already to late in stay in bench. RMG team is asking to take up another projects . What should I do ? For reporting to RMG daily I have to travel 2 hrs back and fro from my home . It's very frustrating. Any ideas on this.
Even RMGs don't want you to be their liability. So be strong on whichever project you want. So that if requirment comes you should appear to be the best option. Also, RMGs try to force you to take any project, don't take it.be active on knime. There are multiple openings in this year, follow that.
