Trending @Accenture; Need advice: reducing notice period
I’m currently serving my notice period and would like to reduce it.Could anyone guide me on how best to approach HR and my project manager regarding this? Any tips or suggestions based on your experience would be greatly appreciated!

Project manager is the only right POC for this. Try to showcase you can transition your responsibilities to somebody else and need to leave early due to so and so reason. Being patient and polite is the only way to crack this request
I have talked with him and gave him the reason and as you told I requested him to get new resource so that we can start transitioning to which he replied 'we will start finding new resource do not hurry', and at last he told check with project HR , it is not in my hands
So, I think from our end we have politely ask about the progress right? And can we talk with HR , if yes what shall be the approach
If he himself said to speak to HR then i guess you can try talking to then but to be honest HR are never helpful in these scenarios. Good luck with this 🍀
