Need Advice | Razorpay | Allen
Hi team, I recently got the offers from Razorpay and Allen digital, can you guys suggest which company to join considering pros and cons.

Razorpay : Senior Software Engineer Allen digital : SDE-2
At Razorpay I will be part of POS team.
It will be helpful for me to take a decision.

Razorpay engineer here. POS team work will be very exciting for the next 2 years. The company is banking on POS to give good results and hence a lot of emphasis is on the product. It will be a great learning experience. Do consider this strongly.
I have nothing against Allen, but we all have seen layoffs in edtech in last 2 years. So be very very careful.

I had got offer from razorpay couple of months back, they will lowball and they will never give good nos, so negotiation won't help. Not sure about Allen, so won't comment anything about it.

Razorpay is offering less TC compared to Allen. Can you guys suggest how to start negotiating with razorpay.
Bring a competing offer that's the only way they will give you a decent comp.
I don't know the pros and cons but if you are not able to decide in the end. Then go for the one that pays the highest.
