Need Advice plz
I got TCS offer letter today and have 1 week to accept it. But the project is a support project and I don't want to leave EY for that. How can I leverage this offer letter for other companies I am interviewing?

Bhai EY chod ke TCS Kaun jata hai? 😅 It's like shifting from flight travel to 2nd class sleeper train travel. Considering work is also bad (support) - you will not grow technically.
The only reason one should go to TCS is they want less headache due to workload.
But again, do remember they have fix 5 working days policy in a week. No WFH now. So less time with family. Enjoy traffic. Every day.
All I am asking is how can I utilise/leverage this offer letter else where.
You can take this offer only if you want to go on notice period. Personal suggestion.
