Please let me know if I am an associate (Level 12) who has worked in a project for more than a year, then what is the procedure to ask for a roll off? Please help guys..I worked from post to poll for the project but no appreciation but yeah if there is a single mistake then be ready for a Tamasha in the teams group. There is a colleague who is creating such hostile environment to work.
Such type of people exist everywhere. When I was in TCS , i used to enjoy Such people. TCS is full of them. Learn to work with them.
True bro, but seriously I want to get a roll off. My promotion is due from two cycles. No discussion nothing. If I ask for it..do more and take more responsibility.
Roll off is manager dependant. you can ask your manager. But better to think for switch
Such people exist bro...even in my team they are silent tamasha creators.... They won't let you know about it but by their treatment and their taunts you will come to know about it.... You can try to ask for manager and then apply for roll off maybe?
