I'm in the Cybersecurity Domain for almost 4 years. I have 4 offers with the same CTC from Circles Bangalore, Happiest Minds Tech Noida, EY and TCS (retention)
Which would be the better option to switch based on work culture and work life balance?

Depends on your offer. WLB is better in happiest minds than EY but the cost does matter.
