Since you are just 6yrs of exp just go for tech stack which makes you valuable in next 5 years. Those 3 to 4 lakhs won't make you grow, but the knowledge you gain will certainly do.

Makes sense. Which one would you suggest from the given options?

Pay matters, nothing else

I will slightly disagree, pay ofcourse matters but in today's time WLB, flexibility and mental peace matters the most. Compensation is an added advantage

I would have said PWC (going by brand name) but LTI's offer is tempting, is there any variable pay in LTI?

PrancingUnicorn

19 LPA is inclusive of Variable pay

But I heard that it's work culture is toxic and has night shift and rotational shifts so I'm bit sceptical about it

You'll get a yearly bonus in PwC so think through this.

PrancingUnicorn

Yes variable ranges from 8-25% of the base pay

Here in LTI, if you don't get a project within 6 months of your joining date, they will throw the employee out.

And yeah, there is no job safety nowadays whatever the company is.

PrancingUnicorn

Yes that's the case everywhere. But being an LTIM employee, would you suggest me to join it from the given options?
