I have 6 years of experience in SAP Basis & BTP and have 3 offers as below. Please advise me which one to join.

Capgemini: 17 LPA (Senior Consultant)
PwC LLP: 17 LPA (Senior Associate)
IBM: 15.2 LPA (Package Specialist)

IBM is better when its SAP practice, cap next and pwc. last. cap wud be my choice. in SAP practice, big 4 tag doesnt matter.

I would suggest you to go with IBM please as you don't have any project issue and also WLB is far better than the remaining two because it's my personal experience and also I heard from my other IBM friends as well

I would love to but they are offering the least among all and they are not ready to negotiate as well. They rejected my counter offers multiple times.
