Need advice on WFH from Canada
Hi TCS peers... I joined TCS in Feb'25 and my role is 100% WFH permanently... My wife has now got an opportunity to work in Canada from her Organisation and I can travel as a dependent... Will TCS help me get a role there or atleast allow me to continue WFH from Canada for the same project... Expected travel is in August 2025...
A Big NO.. if your Wife is Tcser then within one year they can try to put in some project which is based on Canada..
In onsite WFH not allowed it's totally based on Clients rules ..
Any why you want WFH? Useless thought
She is not a TCSer... Few of my friends are suggesting that the Canada job market is challenging and getting a Job will take time... I have 15 yrs exp and earn 2.5L per month now... just want to ensure I don't end up losing everything... High time Paranoid thoughts 🤔
You can try to get some project based on Canada it will take time but hope you will get it. But don't think for WHF
Put papers and travel with her to Canada if her visa allows to. Search for job there and get an invite from the company. Return to India and apply for job visa. Then go back.
