I'm not from SAP but after working for 5 different companies I felt Accenture is the worst of all the companies I worked with. Friends work in Alcon and they are satisfied working with Alcon. So research some more about Alcon. One point to be aware of Accenture is "Variable Pay" which is part of CTC is not paid in full to employees. Hardly 50 percent you receive and they term that 50 percent as bonus. Be cautious. ACCENTURE=WORST
