Trending @Accenture; Need advice on switch

Hey guys,

I completed my 3 years in Accenture last month and I am actively looking for a switch and applying actively for the role of React.Js developer position on portals like naukri and linkedin. As we have a 90 day notice period that is creating a big hurdle. Recruiters view my profile after applying but very less reach out for the scheduling interview or discussion.

People who have switched recently or serving notice period please let me know your insights for getting the interview calls and let me join the ex Accenture employee club.
