Need advice on switch, 2+ YOE

Hi guys, I’m from Tier 1 college working in a startup with 21 LPA (all fixed)

I’ve 2+ YOE and hoping promotion in upcoming few months. I’m looking for switch now (with promotion) What should be expected TC which I should quote? Should I wait till promotion? Any companies which might be hiring for 2 YOE? I’ve applied to a lot of companies and most of them are looking for 3+ YOE

Any other career advice ?
