I have joined capgemini 5 months back and cleared technical interviews for cognizant. I’m having 4 years experience in azure PAAS. I would like to know how much hike can i expect that they would agree and will they be ok for 90 days notice? Also is there any possibility for notice period negotiation in capgemini?
Pls help as i have hr discussion tomorrow…

Let cognizant release offer letter, now a days after clearing all the rounds they are keeping the offer in hold, which happend with me. So better ,once you got the offer you can , meanwhile if you r on bench well and good, if not try to.😉 NP negotiation will be easy that way.
