Need advice on role switch

Hi I have been working as an azure VM support engineer for 2 yrs

Feeling stuck now as no monetary growth or any career growth here

I have learned by my own SQL , Azure data factory , data bricks ,other cloud ETL tools but no serious hands on

Please advise me how to proceed to switch as the company needs a handson experience on Azure when looking for azure data role
