Need advice on quoting

Got contacted recently to build a gen AI portal similar to this https://lablab.ai/event/openai-hackathon/deepdream/miraa

How much would you quote to build this? I am planning to settle on a fixed number to have by the next meeting. Currently fixed on 3L but not so sure about it.
