Trending @Infosys; Need advice on Project

I have been in a support project for almost 2 years, now on bench. As this was my first project so now i getting mapped in project but despite me answering all the questions they are rejecting me as i have no experience in development. I told them i have knowledge and will work as per their expectations. What should i do?
