Need advice on opportunity

Hey Guys, I got an opportunity for business consultant - process mapping & mining from Deloitte for 10LPA and CapG for 11LPA. I need ur help and advice to choose better company culture salary is secondary for me but I have heard Deloitte is quite stressed whereas Capgemini is bit easy going. I tried negotiating with Deloitte but they didn't budge. Plz suggest..
