Trending @Cognizant; Need Advice on Office Attendance Policy

I have been coming to the office 4 days a week for the past year. Recently, I received an email outlining our new work model, which specifies that for my project, I am required to be in the office 2-3 days a week. However, my manager is insisting that I come to the office 5 days a week.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Any advice on how to approach this conversation with my manager would be greatly appreciated.
