I am .Net Full Stack Developer with 3.5 YOE. MY Current is 4.22 Fixed including variable i get around 5LPA. Which On I should Choose ?

Cognizant 9 Fixed Upto 21% Pune Just 2KM office From My Cur Location
Happiest Mind Only 9 Fixed No variable But Remote
EPAM 11 Fixed + Variable Pune but 25KM AWAY FROM MY LOCATION

Go for EPAM at your YOE , you should go for good opportunity, that should be a priority, even if it is far away.

But that is just my opinion, I would have done it for myself.
