Need advice on offer selection – would appreciate inputs

Hi folks, I am at a decision point and would really appreciate the community’s perspective on choosing between these offers. My background is in backend / application development, and I am looking for strong learning, ownership, and long-term growth.

Currently working at Accenture as a Application Development Senior Analyst.

Offer 1 – Publicis Sapient (Senior Associate L1) • 15 LPA CTC • 14 LPA fixed + ~1 LPA PF & gratuity

Offer 2 – BOLD Technology Systems Pvt. Ltd. (Software Engineer) • 17.6 LPA CTC • 15 LPA fixed + 1.4 LPA variable + PF & gratuity

Offer 3 – LTIMindtree (Senior Software Engineer) • 16.5 LPA CTC • 15.4 LPA fixed + ~1.2 LPA PF & gratuity

Key things I’m evaluating: • Quality of engineering work • Learning & career growth • Ownership and impact • Work culture & stability
