Need advice on offer selection DTDL vs Cvent

I have 2 offers. One from Deutsche Telecom and another from Cvent and not able to decide which one to choose.

DTDL - offering 40LPA

good WLB ( from a reliable source inside company)
work is on GenAI products
3 days WFO hybrid

Cvent - offering 46LPA

don't know about WLB
profile is JAVA tech lead
2 days office with 12 to 9 shift.
From discussions I got an idea that work is not on very latest technology

Anyone have any insights about Cvent then please share about WLB and type of work and I general how the company is.

Have to decide by 15th July but still not able to make a decision. Current CTC - 35 Location Gurgaon

In cvent, Most of the teams have 80% front end work, so you can check with your manager. WLB is not that much good. Good culture. For backend they use dropwizard not spring boot. Micromanagement is the main problem in cvent. In my opinion you should negotiate with DTDL with cvent's offer.
