Need Advice on Offer Selection – 6.6 YOE (Automotive, C++ Developer)

I have three offers and need help deciding:

  1. APTIV (Bangalore) – ₹31 LPA + ₹3L JB (5 days office)

  2. GlobalLogic (Pune) – ₹28.44 LPA fixed (Hybrid)

  3. Cariad (Embitel, Bangalore) – ₹27 LPA (₹25.5L fixed + ₹1.5L variable) + ₹2L JB (Hybrid)

Looking for insights on career growth, work-life balance, and project quality. Any suggestions?
