Need advice on next step
I took a long leave for some personal reason. Now the situation has changed and I want to work. Is it good to join back Capgemini or take some time to prepare and change? I seriously don't want to continue with the projects i worked on but feel insecure about the IT job market so I'm not confident enough to resign.

If you already have approved leave then why not try to upskill and change. I know many who attended classes and moved on
