Need advice on job switch

I’m switching within 6 months and i got an offer from cognizant of 19 fix and 75k variable. I’m yet to serve my notice period of 90 days. I’m having 3.7 experience. Is it a good decision to accept this offer? They don’t have budget for more, what else benefits should i ask for??
