Need advice on ITR filling

I am filling my ITR for the year and in there found one deduction for the conveyance allowance of 1600pm. I received a conveyance allowance component in my salary but need help to understand what type of proofs are required to claim this deduction under the old tax regime or no proof is needed if it is already added as a component in the salary slip? Thanks in advance.
