Need advice on interview readiness

I have been reached out to by a recruiter from a top product based company in linkedin.

And I am sure I am not prepared enough to go through it.

How do I respond to the recruiter.

Do I go silent on her, or do I reply something? Like asking for more time?

Please advise as this is my first time switching after 4 years in my first company
