Need Advice on EY GDS

One week back I got the opportunity with EY GDS for Senior consultant Supply chain strategy and analytics. Can someone pls help what is the hierarchy in EY GDS as with my current company Amazon I am working as an Assistant Manager Analytics. How is the EY GDS and culture. What should be the salary expectation.
