Trending @Accenture; Need Advice on Compensation/Promotions

I joined Accenture 11 months ago and heard from some people leads that hikes and promotions are considered after completing 1 year. I’ve got 3.5 years of experience, currently at Level 11, and getting 6.5 LPA. Just got 10% VP. Is this normal or am I underpaid compared to others with similar experience?
