Need advice on choosing the right company

My profile:

• Project Manager - Delivery (AI domain)
• Work exp : 5.5 years ( 4.5 as delivery manager in start ups)
• B tech in ECE

Got offers from two companies: Company 1:

• Service based company in Data engineering and digital transformation ( Health science )
• Medium sized organisation ( headcount ~ 1000)
• Designation Technical project Manager

Company 2:

• Product based company building agentic AI.
• Headcount < 100
• Designation - Client project delivery.

What I think:

• Joining company 1 will help me get a strong hands on in proper project management processes.
• Exposure to the end to end tech for SAAS deployments.
• But If I join company 2, i can stick to the AI domain directly.
