I have two offer letters in hand. One of them is a tech startup and the process is software testing and the other offer letter is from Accenture and it's related to Accounts receivable. Accenture is giving more CTC than the startup. I need your valuable advice on choosing the domain. Shall I consider startup due to the software testing role even though the salary is less than the non tech offer from Accenture.

If you want quick money, go with Accenture. But if you're into tech and learning, the startup might be more exciting. Follow your gut, mate

Thanks for your guidance man. This is my first time entering into the tech field in my 7 YOE. How is the market for the software testing roles? Will that be worth enough to make money later.
