Need advice on career transition as a QA (3 years exp)

I have 3 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer, currently earning 6 LPA. My work so far has been around 80% manual testing and 20% automation (enhancing test scripts, not full framework development).

Now, when I attend interviews, most companies expect strong coding/automation (SDET-level) knowledge, which I'm not fully confident in yet. At the same time, I'm not interested in coding I don't want to be in SDET/Automation role. But I want to make a smart move in non coding with

Good demand in the market,

Pays decent salary growth compared to manual QA,

Doesn't necessarily require me to become a hardcore developer immediately.

I'm exploring options like Data or Cloud etc

← For someone with my background, what role would you suggest I transition into for the best long-term growth?

Any guidance or roadmap would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Could you please give me some short brief information on product management, and also are there any differences for product management and product owner?
