Need advice on career track for my gf 🙏🙏🙏
Helo guys iam a product designer and ma gf soon to be wife is a junior research scientist in an ev battery company which is a startup they are trying to build bromine batterys like lithiom batteries.
She has 1.5 years experience and there is lot of work pressure and she wants to jump company but don't know how to approach which industry to target where she will get similar position,most people don't know about these sectors .
She is into cell manufacturing and RND , currently working on patent papers .Her pay is really dam good for 1 yr experience .
Need advice on planning the jump ,how to where to focus. If anyone has any idea if will help.
She has bachelor in chemistry,masters in chemistry,B.ed too.

Either she can stick to EV(which is growing) or she can try to switch to the FMCG sector, R & D units. Pretty much that's the area she should stick to.
Another path is research/PHD and moving out of India(not worth it in India) which I don't think is good given marriage arrangements.
