Trending @Infosys; Need advice on career switch
Hi.. I joined infosys on sep 2024 and got tagged to a project on oct 2024. The project doesn't have good learning (infact zero learning). I got an offer from another company and they are ready to give 20% hike. After lot of thinking i was about to drop papers. But noticed that I will not be eligible for rehire (as I'm initiating separation in less than a year). So my question is ... Is it worth to drop the papers now (I won't be able to re join infosys in future) or I can stay in infosys for one year and then switch? My Current YOE is 3.5 years and infosys is my second company. First of all why you want to rejoin infosys? Now a days many companies are there in the market.. why specifically looking for infosys re-hire?
If you think the other offer is good then join there if you don't plan to rejoin Infosys in future
