Need advice on career

1)Currently working in nttdata as BA(business analyst) and doing WFH , is it advisable to jump to tech Mahindra as BA (functional analyst) given that I should be going to office for 3days . 2) do tech Mahindra pay variable pay monthly or is it based on profit . 3) Ntt project is about to end .
