Is 660 sqft carpet area good for 2bhk? I am getting it for 45 lacs in Pune, is it worth the price?

Interesting...in 660 sq ft you can't have 2bhk ...it will be flat with tiny rooms which is of no use .

Carpet is 660 but saleable is 870… We are family of 4

You can check the flat and take the call if it suits you

7moIts not good enough. There are some compromises you have to make - no dining in hall. Calculated furniture in bedrooms. Bathrooms are small too

No way , you can't build a 2bhk in 660 sq ft no matter how you try. 1000 sq ft is minimum you need for a decent 2 bhk considering every aspect of house
