Need advice on below
I lent around 2L rupees to a closest friend in Jan 2024. I have got 1.5L from him already. Remaining 50K I need to get. He pays me 10K on a monthly basis. However past few months he says I m not in a position to give. Will pay next month. However, what I noticed is he is earning well and has helped his friends circle and lent them some money. He even spends on partying and shopping but when I ask my money back, he says I m not in a position to give. May I know how should I get my money back. Need suggestions.
Have learnt a lesson when it comes to money, as someone who was on both sides of the money lending, it really tears relations apart. I used to borrow and take time to return back, I lost some close friends. And had lent money to some, lost them cuz they never returned. Understood the fact that money should never be involved when it comes to close ones.
Don't lend any further to anyone....lesson learnt nd lucky u got 1.5 back!
He tells me being a close friend can't you understand my situation. He always tells wait for few months. Will give back.
Ask 1L to him for some big purchase and tell him that you will return next month. And then you can do your uno reverse thing..
Send him a legal notice with all the proofs that you’ve.
