Need advice on balancing work and a baby
I recently gave birth and will be back to work in a few days. We live in a city and both parents and inlaws are not from the same state so cannot expect them to come and stay with us. Currently i will bee working from home atleast for a year so that is one relief. Are there any suggestions on how can i care for my baby as well as handle work. (Thinking of hiring a caretaker but afraid if its the right decision)

It's the right decision to hire a caretaker. You are going to be around anyways. If yours is a big house, you can use CC cameras to monitor your baby from a different room.
The real challenge is caretakers taking uninformed leaves in the middle of the week. Pay them little more than the market and make them agree to leaves only during weekends except emergencies.

If you are in the home caretaker always best but it depends upon how good she is. If you are in society, look for the one who has good reviews. Dont hire through agencies.
