I got an offer from Quest Global for a Technical Lead role with a 30% hike over my current salary at HCLTech (Individual Contributor). The role involves team handling, and likely less WFH flexibility.
Should I consider this move? I value peaceful work-life balance, but also want career growth.

Compare this - how many appraisals it will take to reach the ctc offered by quest in your current
org.

Thanks for the suggestion. Right now, I’m working at the client location with one day WFH per week and flexible timings. But I’m working as an individual contributor.
At Quest, there’s no regular WFH since it's a lead position, but I might get it occasionally if needed. I’m mainly thinking about job security at Quest.
For 30% hike , it might take 4–5 years to reach.
