Need advice | New Switch

Hey Folks,

I have just entered a new role, its been couple of months, In these few months I never felt the team fit, I have been given no impact tasks which end up taking massive amount of my everyday time. The impactful tech work is being taken up by the old people on top of that no tech related emails are forwarded or am being included in the meetings until I get to hear from other people I don't know whats going on inside.

How do I tackle this issue please advise.
