Need Advice: Morgan Stanley vs BNP Paribas – Which to Choose?

Morgan Stanley (Parametric division) – ₹37 LPA Fixed (Senior Manager)

BNP Paribas – ₹36 LPA Fixed (Technical Lead)

Experience: 10 YOE | Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud

I am considering job stability, work-life balance, and long-term growth while choosing between these two.

I'm leaning towards BNP Paribas for better work-life balance and stability, but Morgan Stanley’s brand value is tempting.
