Need advice in TCS

Not going office despite HR mail. I'm okay with variable pay getting cut Got C band in previous anniversary. Project is getting terminated. Also band won't be improved this time also as I asked for release and didn't completed tasks on time. Not going office.

Can I get terminated? What worst can I expect
