Trending @Infosys; Need advice - IJP or Manager's Recommendation

I've got a role change letter for TA through Manager's Recommendation and got 17.5% and have been selected for IJP as well. Now the TPD is asking me to choose one. Which one should I go with?

If it is just Ijp not promotional ijp, then choose promotion. If you have any issues with manager or project, choose Ijp, but again you need to wait for promotion till your value and contributions recognised and also slot available there in the new unit.
