Need advice. I switched 3 companies in 6 years. Every time I switch I want some good product based to join but I never succeed.

I switched jobs 5 months ago (still in probation, 20–25 days left) from Toxic service based starting with E to a captive firm, permanent WFH, with a 35% hike (19 → 26 LPA) as a Java developer. I was promised 40% React and 60% Java work, but so far it’s been 100% Java.

The environment is chill with no micro-management, but my learning is stagnant. I have 6 years’ experience and want quality, growth-oriented work (not service-based). Should I stay and push for change or start looking out?
