Trending @Capgemini; Need Advice I have got an alternate opportunity I was on bench for last 5 months and I raised a notice last month end April 27th last date was July 27th 2024. I asked early release from HR and bench manager but didn't approved please help|

I’ve heard from other colleagues of mine who have put in their notice period that there’s been a policy change and early release is almost impossible now. They’re also removed the buyout option, so there’s really no way out but to serve the notice period.

There is no way out, you will have to serve 3 months notice period, even if you are on bench.

On bench , people do get early release man cause of no dependency, just need approval from manager

I seriously don't understand why they want to hold back a bench guy for 3 months. Are they jealous of career growth? It's basically loss for the company and the employee too... Why don't they have that common sense to early relieve a bench employee...

Early release is possible. They have a policy for same and very few people know about it.it requires approval from your N+1 and HR Head only
