Need advice from fellow TCSers
Hello everyone, I'm a mechanical engineer with 1.5 years of experience. working in the Presales team (strategic in nature) since the beginning. Being part of this team has exposed me to various aspects of consulting, strategy, and business, thanks to the mentorship of senior leadership. However, I'm feeling anxious about not having enough coding experience to clear the core programming track of wings 1, despite having passed the business skills assessment. I'm committed to staying in this role for another 1-2 years due to the valuable exposure it provides, but I'm concerned about potential salary implications if I miss out on the opportunity to advance in Wings 1. What steps should I take in this scenario?

Apart from coding there must be other tracks for clearing wings1, anything that falls under your current work?

There is a track dedicated to CORE PROGRAMMING in which there 10 different tracks. Last year they had option of unit elective certification, so i opted for Aws certification by the time i cleared it the rules were revised. So now, no matter what track i choose i need to learn a coding language.
And no my work is purely revolves around excel and power point.

Oh.. Not sure why they put fresher in presales team..

I did tableau as part of my curriculum. It's not technical but data visualisation. You might find it useful given your job nature as well

Which tech track exactly? And was there any coding language involved?
