Trending @Accenture; Need advice for the change

I am working as a data engineer with a total of 4 years of experience. Recently I got one offer from one mnc with 10.5 lpa fixed and no variable. Currently in Accenture I am getting 9.2 lpa as fixed pay and vp is in between 8 to 10.I decided to accept an offer with 10.5 lpa as fixed and try new for counter offer and for that i resigned here.till now I haven't received any offer and my joining date is coming soon like in the last week of January. So I am confused. Is it good to take back resignation or is 10.5 lpa good to join? In the end 10.5 lpa looks less than the current package.
