Trending @HCL; Need advice for switching career

I have been working as an analyst for the past three years with HCL . And my domain is Technical support. And I desperately want to switch my career to Power BI or data analyst. The technical support field is bogus. I don't want to continue anymore. Can anyone guide me on how I should change my cv completely and how I should switch?
