Trending @Wipro; Need advice for offer choosing

Dear experts, I am serving notice in Wipro and May end is my lwd. I have received offers from PWC and EY, please help me choose one from the below. I reaching out to this forum as I am confused.

PWC Designation - Senior Manager Role - ServiceNow Architect Salary - 40 lakhs fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus

EY Designation- senior manager Role - Servicenow Architect Salary - 37 fixed + 3 lakhs joining bonus on top of this they are offering committed variable pay of 4 lakhs for first year.

I am confused with the compensation as in which is better.

Both offers almost same financially. In my opinion check the softer aspects like WFH, which one is closer to home, work culture etc Congrats!

I agree, in this scenario WFH , hybrid work style matters. If not check which client office is nearest to you

Choose EY. Work culture is pathetic in pwc

EY has a component 10% Agreed Variable Pay. AND they give you more than that like in your case instead of 4 lakhs you may get 6-8 lakhs. Only issue is both are Big4 and you are going from Wipro work culture which I see very relaxed but in Big4 you will get proper 9-10 hours work and in busy season 12 hours.
