Need advice for offer

I currently have an offer from Accenture with a package of 21.8 LPA. I also have another offer on a third-party contractual basis for PwC at 27 LPA. Meanwhile, discussions are still ongoing regarding a possible retention offer from TCS, where I’m expecting at least a match to the Accenture offer. However, I haven’t received any response from TCS yet, which makes the situation unclear.

I’m considering negotiating with Accenture to see if they can offer a counter, as I’m open to joining them if TCS doesn’t proceed with the retention. I’m still confused about how much longer I should wait for TCS. If Accenture agrees to revise their offer, it might become difficult for me to say no. Seeking advice on how best to proceed in this situation
